As a part of Online Marketing , the Performance Marketing team does everything it can to increase traffic to our online marketplaces and convert it into sales. Advertising measures are performance-orientated and are optimised towards specific KPIs via data analysis.
- You take full responsibility for the operational management and strategic development of our Google Ads & Microsoft Ads accounts, with a primary focus on high-scale Shopping and integrated App campaigns
- You proactively optimize the Merchant Center data architecture and use AI-driven enrichment (e.g., LLM-based title/description optimization) to ensure our product data is "algorithm-ready" across Search, Shopping, and Discovery
- You manage the end-to-end lifecycle of App Install (AC) and Engagement (ACe) campaigns, optimizing for down-funnel events and leveraging deep-linking strategies to create a seamless web-to-app journey
- You design and implement the most effective account structures for our specific business needs
- You understand when to use simplified architectures (e.g., Hagakure) to maximize AI learning and when to maintain granular control to protect margins or support specific product categories
- You design automated monitoring systems and anomaly detection alerts to ensure 24/7 account health across both Shopping feeds and App assets
- You execute a rigorous "always-on" testing roadmap, from creative A/B tests in App campaigns to feed-label experiments that identify new growth levers for Shopping
- You design and refine effective processes surrounding feed management, feed optimization, and cross-channel performance analysis
Your profile - this is what we expect from you
- Successfully completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a data-focused technical field
- You bring profound practical experience in handling complex Google Shopping accounts and large data feeds, complemented by a solid proficiency in App Marketing (UAC/MMPs)
- You possess a "think-automation-first" approach and are comfortable using Google Ads Scripts, No-Code tools, or Python to automate repetitive tasks and connect disparate data sources
- You are an "AI-First" marketer, confident in using Generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for rapid copy iteration and deep data analysis to derive actionable insights
- Your work is characterized by an analytical-conceptual understanding of the post-cookie/ATT landscape. Furthermore, you focus on incrementality and POAS (Profit on Ad Spend) rather than just platform-reported ROAS
- You are a strong communicator who enjoys sharing technical knowledge. In addition, you are comfortable training working students and collaborating with colleagues to elevate the team's collective AI and PPC skills
- You are fluent in English (C1), both written and spoken, German is a plus
