Responsibilities:

Driving Key Tax & Finance Initiatives:
You will support the development and continuous improvement of key topics within Tax & Finance, including Tax CMS-related initiatives, while contributing your own ideas and perspectives. -
Supporting International Tax Projects:
You will collaborate on group-wide tax matters such as transfer pricing and support international projects related to integrations and mergers. -
Improving Processes & Policies:
In close cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders, you will help develop practical and scalable solutions to meet tax and regulatory requirements (e.g. EU regulations, Pillar Two, intercompany pricing). -
Acting as a Cross-Functional Partner:
You will work closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors and gradually become a trusted point of contact for cross-functional topics and projects. -
Contributing to Transformation Projects:
You will take an active role in international transformation initiatives, including integrations, legal restructuring projects, and process improvements, helping to drive projects forward effectively. -
Supporting Systems & Compliance Activities:
You will assist in managing relevant systems and processes within the tax and legal environment and contribute to ensuring compliance with transparency requirements and statutory documentation obligations, always with a strong focus on risk awareness and mitigation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Tax, Accounting, Business Law, or a related field.
- Experience & International Exposure: Initial experience in tax, finance, or project-related environments, paired with an interest in international topics and collaboration.
- Languages: Strong German and English language skills.
- Working Style & Personality: Structured, proactive, and self-driven approach with the motivation to take ownership and actively contribute to new ideas and initiatives.
