Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Support monthly and quarterly reporting and prepare relevant financial data.
- Analysis & Forecasting: Perform business analyses and contribute to forecasting activities.
- KPI & Dashboards: Maintain and further develop KPI reports and create dashboards.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance metrics and conduct variance analyses.
- Planning: Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Business Support: Act as a contact for controlling-related topics in collaboration with the senior team.
- Cost & Sales: Support cost center reporting, project calculations, and revenue/margin analyses.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Finance, or similar.
- Experience: Initial practical experience in controlling or a finance-related role.
- Know-how: Basic knowledge of cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Tools: Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel); exposure to ERP and ideally BI tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical thinking abilities.
- Working Style: Structured, reliable, and proactive.
- Communication & Languages: Team-oriented with clear communication; fluent in German and English.
