Site Coordinator - Data Centre (Germany)

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Coordinator to support ongoing data centre projects in Germany. This role will focus on coordinating day-to-day site activities and ensuring smooth collaboration across contractors and project teams.

• Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily site operations across contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support project delivery by tracking progress, timelines, and site activities
• Act as a key point of contact on-site for coordination and communication
• Assist with logistics, materials, and workforce planning
• Monitor site performance and report any risks, delays, or issues
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards
• Requirements
• Experience working on data centre, construction, or industrial projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good technical understanding of:
  • Electrical systems
  • Mechanical systems
  • Thermal/cooling systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced site environment and manage multiple stakeholders
• Additional Information
• Location: Germany (Frankfurt region / project-based)
