Your responsibilities
- You will primarily check vendor invoices and post them promptly in our P2P system for all four German operating companies in Germany.
- In the monthly and annual financial statements (HGB), you will skillfully perform account reconciliation for one of the companies or an account area (e.g., vendor accounts) and discuss the financial statements with Controlling, among others.
- On a quarterly basis, you will carry out your inter-company reconciliation with colleagues from foreign sister companies.
- You will work closely with Controlling as a liaison between Accounting and the company.
- You will critically examine our processes and systems and actively participate in their optimization.
- You will routinely post and reconcile provisions, prepaid expenses/deferred income (ARAP, PRAP) and fixed assets. You will be helpful in supporting your colleagues, for example as a holiday replacement.

Ihr Profil
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics, have experience in auditing, or have completed commercial training with solid professional experience in accounting-ideally with further training as an accountant.
- You have very good German skills and good English skills.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in stressful times.
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics.
- You value teamwork, have a sense of humor, and are keen to develop both professionally and personally.
