Would you like to not only manage indirect procurement, but actively shape it and lead it into the future? As Senior Manager Procurement (m/f/d), you will shape pioneering procurement strategies, drive the digital transformation of our processes and be the central interface that leads our teams and external partners to joint success.

Was Dich erwartet:

  • You further develop the purchasing strategy, derive purchasing targets from it and set priorities across product groups while managing costs, risks and security of supply.
  • You will be responsible for creating a clear organizational structure, defining roles and responsibilities within the team and developing the skills and abilities of employees, including promoting cooperation with specialist departments.
  • You will also define sourcing and supplier strategies, manage strategic supplier relationships, assess dependencies and risks and escalate critical supply issues.
  • You will continuously analyze purchasing markets, monitor market movements and identify trends at an early stage in order to integrate them into the procurement strategy.
  • Negotiating contracts and conditions with suppliers is one of your core tasks in order to achieve optimal conditions for the company.
  • You will also optimize purchasing processes using digital tools, e-procurement systems and AI to increase efficiency and reduce errors.


Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • You have completed commercial training or a degree in business administration (BWL), industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management.
  • You have several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in indirect purchasing or in the procurement of various product groups.
  • You have the ability to lead and motivate teams professionally and to work together across departments and interculturally.
  • You are characterized by a sound knowledge of the market economy and the ability to use global procurement opportunities.
  • You think ahead, can analyze markets and draw strategic conclusions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to assert yourself are a matter of course for you.
  • Strong communication skills enable you to negotiate with suppliers, manage employees professionally and act as a link to other departments.
  • You use your good organizational skills to define purchasing guidelines and quality standards and to optimize processes.
