Tax firms don't fail because of bad UI. They fail because workflows evolved over decades and were never designed as systems. You will deeply understand how tax advisors actually work and rebuild those workflows into scalable, reliable, digital processes. At Limetax, process is the product - and you own it end-to-end.

The Role
Turn real-world tax advisory work into executable systems.

You will deeply understand how tax advisors actually work and rebuild those workflows into scalable, reliable, digital processes. At Limetax, process is the product - and you own it end-to-end.
What You'll Own
- Analyze workflows across accounting, payroll, reporting, and client communication.
- Identify bottlenecks, handovers, failure modes, and unnecessary manual work.
- Rapidly design and build MEPs / MVPs to automate and validate workflows.
- Implement workflow systems using n8n, Temporal, or custom backend services.
- Collaborate closely with tax advisors and engineers in tight feedback loops.
- Own the transition from prototype to hardened production workflow.
- Work directly with the CTO and COO on process identification, building, and shipping.
- Decide deliberately when UI matters - and when it's just an implementation detail.
Who You Are
- Think in processes, states, and failure modes - not screens.
- Have built workflow-heavy or automation-driven systems before.
- Enjoy prototyping fast, learning from reality, and hardening what works.
- Are product-minded but deeply technical.
- Like owning problems from discovery through production operation.
- Are comfortable in a TypeScript-first stack.
