Your Tasks

You want to deepen your knowledge and skills around controlling and earn some valuable hands-on experience? Be in the heart of Innovation development and technology? We believe that you can make the difference! In this position, you will actively support our R&D Controlling team by taking over the following tasks:
  • Support in managing the budget in Beiersdorf
  • Preparation of various ad-hoc analyses and presentations
  • Participation in projects, supporting process optimizations, and taking responsibility over sub-projects
  • Conducting controlling-related special analyses to improve operational excellence and improve efficiency


Your Profile

  • You are studying ideally economics or business
  • Enrolled throughout the whole working student activity in bachelor's or master's studies
  • Available for up to 18hrs a week
  • The role requires partial on-site presence in line with company regulations
  • Team player with positive mindset and "hands on" mentality
  • Excellent on Excel and other MS Office programs (Power BI, Power Point, Word)
  • Strong understanding of numbers, business sense and ability to set priorities
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), ensuring seamless communication in a global team environment
