At Safran Engineering Services, we offer you the chance to take on a pivotal leadership role as the Head of Human Resources in our Hamburg office. Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Human Resources, you will be entrusted with a broad and impactful set of responsibilities, including:
Advising and supporting managers and employees of Safran Engineering Services GmbH on all employment and social security law matters
Leading recruitment, personnel, and talent development to ensure employees' skills meet both current and future business needs
Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs
Supervising the training and further development of apprentices and interns
Managing individual personnel actions, including onboarding and terminations
Serving as a key contact and negotiation partner for the company's works councils
Overseeing occupational safety as well as Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) practices
Preparing and managing personnel budget planning and monthly personnel controlling
Driving personnel marketing and facilitating effective internal communication
Supporting national and international HR projects as a strategic partner

Candidate skills & requirements
We are looking for an experienced HR leader who demonstrates:
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international company
University degree (Bachelor's level or higher)
Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR practices
Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and change management
The ability to lead and collaborate in a multinational environment
Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach
