For our Operations team in Donauwörth, we are currently looking for you as

Airframer Support Office Manager

Unlimited - Full Time - 40 hour-contract

Your mission:
• Act as the main point of contact and escalation partner for Airbus in Donauwörth, ensuring smooth and transparent communication as well as strengthening the partnership at all levels
• Take ownership of operational risk and crisis management, making timely, informed decisions to guarantee safe and compliant operations
• Lead and develop a team of three Field Technicians, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources efficiently and fostering technical excellence on-site
• Maintain full compliance with EASA regulations and SAFRAN quality standards, safeguarding airworthiness and operational integrity at all times
• Provide clear and structured reports to the Operations Manager in Hamburg and to the Airframer Head of in France, delivering actionable insights to support strategic decisions and operational planning

Candidate skills & requirements

Your skills & qualifications:
• A degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent, providing a solid foundation in aerospace systems and technical operations
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role with accountability for operational and administrative outcomes
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a methodical, solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to customer-focused service
• In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations with valuable experience in Part 21 processes
• Excellent command of English and German; French is a plus
