Job description
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including active sourcing and employer branding
Actively participate in exciting HR projects across the Safran Group
Advise employees and managers on all HR-related topics
Oversee onboarding processes and ongoing employee support
Prepare and review payroll data
Conduct personnel controlling and support Health, Safety, and Environment activities
Lead initiatives on personnel development, training planning, and talent management
Drive change management and take an active role in international working groups

Candidate skills & requirements
What We're Looking For
University degree (Bachelor's or higher)
At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role
Fluent in German and English
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong abilities in communication, proactivity, and adaptability
Profound knowledge of German labor law and local HR requirements
Experience working in a matrix organization and supporting HR projects
