Debt Capital Markets Syndicate is responsible for the execution of investment grade as well as emerging markets EUR bonds in addition to Schuldschein loans of German and international Corporates. The team is a leading player in this market and placed around 100 bonds and 30 Schuldschein transactions in 2025.

What you'll be doing

During your internship, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparation of regular pricing updates for potential/regular issuers
  • Preparation of orderbook/investor analyses for potential/upcoming bond offerings
  • Taking care of various syndicate data bases such as new issue database
  • Supporting the team in executing bond and Schuldschein mandates
  • Preparation of internal presentations


What you'll need to succeed

  • You are currently a bachelor student (4th semester onwards) or a master student
  • You have very good academic achievements, preferably in the field of Business or Economics; Focus on Banking, Capital Markets
  • You already have knowledge and interest in the field of Debt Capital Market products
  • Experience with Bloomberg desirable
  • Interest in economic topics
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills (addi tional European language skills would be appreciated)
  • You're comfortable using the MS Office programs
  • The ability to work in a team and strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are among your strengths

During your internship, you will receive a monthly compensation of EUR 2,400 gross based on full-time employment, which meets at least the applicable statutory minimum wage. This applies regardless of whether the internship is mandatory or voluntary.
