Das erwartet Sie bei uns
- Du wirkst bei führenden Immobilienprojekten mit Schwerpunkt Projektentwicklung im Bereich Revitalisierung und Repositionierung mit
- Du planst und begleitest Maßnahmen zur Bestandserhaltung und Entwicklung
- Du bekommst Einblick in Mietvertragsgestaltung, Verhandlung und Mieterausbauplanungen
- Du unterstützt uns konstruktiv bei Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs
Das bringen Sie mit
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student:in (m/w/d) Immobilienwirtschaft/Wirtschaftswesen/Architektur
- Du hast Interesse in einem Team an Projekten mitzuarbeiten und Ziele zu erreichen
- Du zeichnest dich durch sicheres Auftreten aus
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit - Deutsch - Wort und Schrift
- Sprachkenntnisse - Englisch - First Proficiency
- Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/Powerpoint - sehr gute Kenntnisse
