Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Qualitäts- und Standardkontrollen in den Gästezimmern
  • Kontrolle der VIP-Zimmer und deren tägliche Bestückung
  • Erstellen und Kontrolle von Reparaturaufträgen
  • Verwaltung der Fundsachen
  • Bearbeiten der Gästewäsche und deren Kontrolle nach der Bearbeitung
  • Erfüllen von Gästewünschen bzw. Weiterleiten dieser an die Dienstleister und Kontrolle über die Ausführung der übertragenen Aufgaben


Ihr Profil:
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Hausdamenbereich
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelfach wünschenswert
  • Fachkompetenz, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Protel (PMS) - und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. B2)
