About us:
With 1,125 rooms and suites, four restaurants and three bars, a multifunctional Congress Center and Berlin's most successful live show "Stars in Concert", the Estrel is Europe's largest hotel, congress and entertainment center. With 1,200 events a year, the Estrel occupies a top position as a congress and event location. A team of 550 employees from 23 nations looks after our national and international guests and customers. The Estrel Tower is currently under construction and will expand the "Estrel World" by the end of 2025.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Persönliche und telefonische Akquise von Neukunden
  • Fortlaufende Betreuung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Ständige Marktbeobachtung sowie strategische Planung und Weiterentwicklung von Verkaufskonzepten
  • Präsentation unserer drei Unternehmenssäulen: Hotel, Veranstaltung und Entertainment sowie des geplanten Estrel Towers
  • Koordination und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Datenbankpflege


Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Tourismusbereich
  • Umfassende Erfahrungen in der Vertriebs- und Veranstaltungsbranche
  • Sehr gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Ein überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Marktkenntnisse
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten aber auch hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Networking Qualitäten
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie Englisch in Wort und Schrift
