Your Role:

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will work at the intersection of product data, E-Commerce Operations, and Commerce Technology. The role is designed as a balanced 50/50 split between hands-on responsibility for Product Data & Feed Management and Generalist E-Commerce Role supporting commerce platforms and digital initiatives.

You will act as a connector between business and IT, supporting scalable product data flows, reliable system integrations, and the implementation of business requirements across teams and markets.

Your Responsibilities:

Product Data Management & Product Feeds (approx. 50%)
  • Support Product Data Management, Product Feed Management, and Product Data Distribution for key customers (e.g. Amazon and selected large customers)
  • Work with end-to-end product data flows, from master data management through transformation layers to product integration and channel distribution
  • Maintain and improve product data quality, completeness, and consistency across systems and channels
  • Support operational work in Amazon Vendor Central, including product data updates, issue handling, and feedback processing
  • Analyze reports, error logs, and platform feedback to identify patterns, root causes, and recurring issues
  • Define short-term corrective actions as well as sustainable improvement measures to prevent recurring data and feed issues
  • Coordinate and align product data requirements with internal stakeholders across Product Data Management, Data Management, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Act as a networker and facilitator, ensuring product data requirements are clearly communicated, understood, and implemented through established processes

E-Commerce & Commerce Technology Support (approx. 50%)
  • Support Commerce Technology initiatives by coordinating implementation topics rather than owning content or systems directly
  • Act as a business-side support role for Product Owners, helping to structure, clarify, and document business requirements
  • Coordinate IT resources and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of E-Commerce initiatives
  • Work in hybrid and cross-functional (fusion) teams, acting as a bridge between business and technical perspectives
  • Support initiatives related to website architecture, platform evolution, and technical improvements
  • Contribute to agile ways of working within cross-functional fusion teams
  • Support topics related to technical SEO, performance, and structural E-Commerce improvements
  • Work with and around core systems such as CMS, DAM, PIM and other E-Commerce-related platforms

Your Profile:
  • University degree in Business, E-Commerce, Digital Media, IT, or a comparable field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in E-Commerce, digital projects, product data, or related roles
  • Practical experience or strong exposure to Product Data Management and product feeds
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and channel-driven requirements is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of end-to-end product data flows and system integrations
  • Experience working in cross-functional or agile environments
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and translate insights into actionable solutions
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Interest in commerce technology, digital platforms, and scalable system landscapes
  • Experience with CMS, DAM, PIM and technical SEO is a plus
  • Structured, proactive, and hands-on working style
  • Growth Mindset
