Your responsibilities will blend project leadership with hands-on contributions.
You will:
- Design modern Snowflake data platform architectures from initial consultation to functional design and technical implementation.
- Identify customer use cases and recommend appropriate technologies for optimal implementation.
- Lead migration projects from on-premises systems to the Snowflake platform.
- Contribute to internal innovation projects, evolve our data & analytics offerings, and support pre-sales activities.
- Mentor and guide colleagues, contributing to the development of capabilities within the team.
- Share your expertise at conferences or through certifications, bringing new insights into customer projects.

Your Skills:
You are curious, passionate about data & analytics, and continuously eager to learn about new tools and technologies.
- Completed degree in computer science or related training, with hands-on experience in consulting or software engineering.
- Deep understanding of the current data & analytics landscape, enabling you to select and justify optimal technology solutions.
- Enthusiastic about Snowflake and experienced in managing complex data architecture scenarios.
- Strong background in Data Platform Solutions including Snowflake (and tools like dbt, Fivetran), or Cloud Analytics Services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Skilled in provisioning native cloud environments and implementing use cases using PaaS components.
- Experienced in various architectures and data modeling approaches from prior Data & Analytics projects.
- Strong communicator capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and leading project teams.
- Highly results-oriented, with fluent German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel within Germany.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in German
- 6+ years of experience in data platforms and cloud, ideally in a consulting environment
- Expertise in:
- Design and implementation of cloud data platforms, including data management via ETL/ELT
- On-prem to cloud migration
- Test concepts and CI/CD for data platforms
- 2+ years of project experience with Snowflake, ideally with SnowPro Core or Advanced Architect certification
- 2+ years of experience with ETL/ELT tools from the Snowflake ecosystem (e.g., Fivetran, Matillion, Stitch), with certifications preferred
- 2+ projects involving a hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, or Azure), ideally combined with Snowflake
- 2+ years of leadership in roles such as Product Owner, Architect, or Lead Developer
- Authored or contributed significantly to at least three project offers involving data architecture or process design, ideally as Offer Manager
