Key responsibilities
- Proactively manages the immigration process for a variety of clients;
- Ensures that the needs of clients are met at all times;
- Ensures compliance in Germany regarding immigration procedures; Coordinates solution-oriented immigration processes and ensures deadlines are met;
- Collaborate with Senior Associates and Associate team on day-to-day cases;
- Works structured, precisely and manages expectations of internal and external stakeholders;
- Monitors KPIs and SLAs;
- Acts as go-to person for junior staff;
- Makes pro-active suggestions to process and efficiency initiatives;
- Focuses on engagement budgets & profitability;
- Communicates effectively, internally and externally;
- Plays an important role in market activities of the firm
- Assists with the risk management checks for new and ongoing clients.
Required Profile
- Admitted lawyer with exposure to German immigration;
- Experience with labor law related topics is a plus;
- Min. 4 years of work experience in a global immigration environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communicational and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; good ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines;
- Team player, positive business attitude;
- Willingness to travel;
- Ability to manage staff;
- Strong client services skills;
- Ability to take accountability and responsibility for all actions is an essential requirement for this role;
- Strong organizational skills, proactive approach; understands the importance of confidentiality;
- Fluent in German and English with excellent writing skills; additional language skills are a plus;
- German or EU nationality or valid German work and residence permit.

Aufgabenbereich
- Proaktive Betreuung des gesamten Einwanderungsprozesses für ein vielfältiges Mandantenportfolio;
- Sicherstellung, dass die Bedürfnisse der Mandanten jederzeit erfüllt werden;
- Gewährleistung der Compliance in Deutschland im Bereich Einwanderungsverfahren;
- Koordinatiert lösungsorientierte Prozesse und Einhaltung aller Fristen;
- Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Associates und Associates bei der täglichen Fallbearbeitung;
- Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie sachgerechtes Erwartungsmanagement gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern;
- Überwachung relevanter Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) und Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
- Proaktive Einbringung von Vorschlägen zur Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung;
- Fokussierung auf Budget- und Profitabilitätsaspekte in Mandaten;
- Effektive interne und externe Kommunikation;
- Wesentliche Mitwirkung an Markt- und Business-Development-Aktivitäten der Kanzlei;
- Unterstützung bei Risiko- und Compliance-Prüfungen für neue und laufende Mandate.
Anforderungsprofil
- Zugelassene*r Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt mit nachweisbarer Erfahrung im deutschen Aufenthaltsrecht;
- Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sind von Vorteil;
- Mindestens vier Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung;
- Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz;
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Detailgenauigkeit; sichere Priorisierung und fristgerechtes Arbeiten;
- Teamfähigkeit und professionelle, positive Arbeitseinstellung;
- Reisebereitschaft;
- Personalsführung;
- Ausgeprägte Mandantenorientierung und Servicekompetenz;
- Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Verbindlichkeit, zwingend erforderlich für diese Position;
- Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit, proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie strikte Wahrung der Vertraulichkeit;
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil;
- Staatsangehörigkeit eines EU-Mitgliedstaates oder gültiger deutscher Arbeits- und Aufenthaltstitel.
