As part of our commitment to innovation, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Strategy Consultant - Connected Media (m/f/d) to play a key role in the successful implementation and adoption of critical systems driving our workflows, working in close collaboration with the Global MarTech Manager.

The Digital Strategy Consulting (Media Tech & Audience Strategy)- (m/f/d) is responsible for building and owning the connected strategy layer across Publicis One Unlimited (POUL), linking data, identity, and technology capabilities to Beiersdorf's business goals.

This role bridges the gap between media, data, creative, and technology - ensuring that strategic outputs are connected, insight-led, and commercially grounded.

The Digital Strategy Consultant - Connected Media (m/f/d) will own the strategic direction for Connected ID, audience strategy, and data-driven business planning, working closely with media, data, and creative teams to embed these capabilities into client-facing deliverables and operational workflows.

This role supports the Transformation and Digital Client Lead in developing strategic narratives, client roadmaps, and thought leadership that position One Unlimited as a leader in connected, data-driven marketing for Beiersdorf.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Strategic Planning & Client Roadmaps
  • Build and maintain digital strategy roadmaps that connect technology, data, and identity capabilities to Beiersdorf's short- and long-term business goals.
  • Provide proactive and reactive digital counsel to the client across web, e-commerce, GEO, AI, automation, and process.
  • Lead the development of strategic presentations, thought leadership, and innovation feeds for client and internal audiences.
  • Support pitch and new business development with strategic thinking and connected data narratives.

Connected ID & Audience Strategy
  • Own and evolve the Connected ID strategy for Beiersdorf, ensuring identity solutions are deployed effectively across markets and integrated into media, creative, and production workflows.
  • Define audience strategies that connect first-party and third-party data to campaign planning, activation, and measurement.
  • Work with media teams to ensure Connected ID is embedded into media planning and buying, driving performance and measurability.
  • Translate complex data and identity concepts into clear, compelling narratives for client and internal audiences.

Data Strategy & Business Goals Alignment
  • Develop and maintain data strategies that align with Beiersdorf's business objectives, connecting data capabilities to revenue, growth, and efficiency targets.
  • Support the integration of data and insight into creative, production, and media workflows - ensuring that strategic inputs are consistently applied across the content lifecycle.
  • Identify and evaluate new data sources, partnerships, and capabilities that enhance One Unlimited's strategic offering to Beiersdorf.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the GrowthOS ecosystem and associated media technology stack, including planning, optimisation, activation, trafficking and attribution capabilities across channels.
  • Support the deployment and scaling of GrowthOS across priority media markets, ensuring workflows are embedded end-to-end - from scenario planning and audience definition through to campaign execution, tracking and performance measurement.
  • Work closely with media, data and technology teams to integrate GrowthOS outputs (e.g. planning scenarios, optimisers, attribution models) into strategic planning, creative development and production workflows.
  • Translate GrowthOS and media technology capabilities into clear commercial value, demonstrating how improved planning accuracy, optimisation and attribution drive measurable business outcomes.

Cross-functional Integration
  • Work across media, creative, production, and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and connected delivery.
  • Collaborate with the MarTech Solutions Lead and Platform Operations Lead to ensure technology and platform strategies are informed by data and audience insights.
  • Act as a bridge between Publicis Groupe data and media capabilities (e.g., GrowthOS, Global Tribes, Epsilon) and the One Unlimited client team.

Measurement & Insight
  • Define measurement frameworks that connect campaign performance to business outcomes, leveraging Connected ID and data capabilities.
  • Support the development of insight tools and dashboards that make data accessible and actionable for client and internal teams.
  • Ensure learning agendas are maintained and insights are fed back into strategic planning and creative development.


Key Deliverables (Next 6-12 Months)

Connected ID Deployment & Scale
  • Lead the deployment of Connected ID across priority markets, working with media teams to embed identity solutions into media planning and activation.
  • Develop case studies and performance evidence to build client confidence and drive further adoption.

Data Strategy & Business Case Development
  • Develop a comprehensive data strategy for Beiersdorf that connects audience, identity, and measurement capabilities to business goals.
  • Build clear business cases for data investments and partnerships.

Strategic Roadmap for Digital Transformation
  • Create and maintain a connected digital strategy roadmap that links technology, data, and identity capabilities to Beiersdorf's transformation agenda.
  • Ensure this roadmap is consistently communicated and updated for client and internal audiences.

Integration of Insight into Workflows
  • Work with production and creative teams to embed data-driven insights into the content lifecycle - from briefing through to measurement.
  • Ensure strategic inputs are connected to MAKE and other platform capabilities.

Qualifikationen

  • 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, or media planning within a media, or agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of identity solutions, audience strategy, and data-driven marketing - including clean rooms, first-party data, and connected ID approaches.
  • Proven experience in developing and presenting strategic roadmaps and thought leadership to senior client audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working across media, creative, and production disciplines, with an understanding of how data connects to content and campaign delivery.
  • Familiarity with enterprise MarTech ecosystems, including data infrastructure, identity resolution, customer intelligence platforms, and cross-channel audience activation capabilities
    • knowhow in Publicis Groupe capabilities (e.g., GrowthOS, Epsilon, Connected ID) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across client and agency teams.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to build business cases and connect data strategy to revenue and efficiency outcomes.
  • Fluent in German as well as good communication in English, both verbal and in writing.
