Composite Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Composite Technician (m/f/d) to be part of our research and development and works motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

Your tasks:

• build car parts to highest standards, to the relevant set up parameters and build specification
• be involved in parts coordination, usage of comprehensive parts lists, usage of build-up sheets and required documentations to create solutions to composites issues
• comprising the complete manufacturing process using latest techniques from tool/pattern production, pre-preg laminating to final assembly fitting
• continuously improve already existing procedures and processes

The successful candidate will:

• have previous experience working with composite materials and structures within a comparable high level environment
• have a good understanding of technical drawings and laminate manuals together with knowledge of composite laminating / assembly production processes
• show the ability to work under high pressure with a strong attention to details
