Your tasks include:
- Opportunity to work in a customer environment that operates 24/7
- Installation, Move, Add, Change and Decomission of IT equipment at the Data Center
- Proactively monitoring the ticketing system; Raising, Managing & Closing Service Tickets
- Escorting / Supervising third party vendors within the Data Center
- Hardware upgrade an break fix support
- Structured cabling of power, copper and fiber network connections
- Delivery arrangements of inbound and outbound shipments
- Daily documentation regarding any infrastructural change
- Managing inventory records, DC spare parts on monthly basis
- Provide day to day performance and operational support for hardware and software to the business users
- Undertaking project work as assigned
Your experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in IT
- 1-2 years of experience and working knowledge is required
- Professional certifications like MCP or MCSE are preferred
- Experience with Desktops, Laptops, Servers and Hardware support
- Know-How in Data Center IT support
- Good German and English communication skills
- Excellent team player and a friendly attitude
- Willingness to work in shifts
