Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or information security
- Strong knowledge of:
- Network security, TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls
- Operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with security tools (SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners)
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices
- Strong analytical and incident response skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, Security+, or ISO 27001
- Experience with cloud-native security and DevSecOps
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience working in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, government)
