PM Group are seeking a Scheduler/Planner for a high-profile Pharmaceutical construction project in the Frankfurt, Germany region.

Responsibilities

Your Role

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6
  • Create resource-loaded schedules for all construction disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, I&C)
  • Coordinate with procurement team to align material deliveries with construction sequence
  • Monitor construction progress and update schedules to reflect actual field conditions
  • Identify schedule conflicts and critical path activities requiring management attention
  • Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates for project management review
  • Analyze schedule variances and develop recovery plans when necessary
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure alignment with master schedule requirements
  • Support construction management team with detailed look-ahead schedules
  • Participate in coordination meetings to address schedule challenges
  • Generate progress reports and schedule forecasts for project stakeholders

Qualifications

Your Profile
  • Engineering, construction management, or related technical degree
  • Substantial experience in construction planning, preferably in data center / pharmaceutical projects or other hi-tech projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar planning software
  • Understanding of construction methodologies and sequences
  • Experience with GMP facility construction is highly advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Professional working proficiency in English and German
