Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor key SORT Test metrics (Yield, Cycle Time, Line Stability, CLIP, Delivery Performance) and lead the implementation of continuous improvements
- Customer Returns & Escalation Management: Manage customer returns and SORT-related excursions. Coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure cases are closed within strict timeframes
- Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Own the implementation and verification of corrective actions for operational deviations using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Is-Is Not)
- Capacity Planning & Supply Chain: Forecast demand and confirm capacity reservations with external foundries to meet business requirements
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Support Business Units in the seamless introduction of new products and the successful volume ramp-up
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Strategic Communication: Ability to draw clear conclusions and present them effectively in management summaries
- Risk Management: Strong capability to assess risks, make decisive decisions, and recommend feasible proposals that balance benefits against risks
- Execution Excellence: Proven ability to translate high-level missions from senior management into detailed execution plans
- Supplier Influence: Experience in communicating with and influencing supplier teams to achieve IFX targets during the execution phase
- Technical Expertise: Solid experience in SORT and Final Test environments
- Data Analytics: Strong skills in data analysis to drive decision-making
- Language & Culture: Fluent English (business conversation and presentations) and experience working in multicultural environments
- Collaboration: A true team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
