HSE Manager (m/w/d)
In dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe betreuen Sie den Troisdorfer Standort (Produktion, Lager und Verwaltung) in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und im Umweltmanagement
Was erwartet Sie
- Vollumfängliche Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Arbeitssicherheit am Standort Troisdorf, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Führungskräften.
- Planung und Steuerung der Sicherheits- und Umweltmanagementprozesse im Rahmen der entsprechenden Managementsysteme (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
- Überwachung, Kontrolle und Gewährleistung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Prozesse
- Durchführung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Weiterentwicklung der Schutz- und Kontrollmaßnahmen und proaktive Förderung des Sicherheitsbewusstseins in der Belegschaft
- Untersuchung von Unfällen, Beinahe-Unfällen und sonstigen Vorfällen
- Erstellung von Reports und Kennzahlen inkl. regelmäßiger Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte und internen Schnittstellenfunktionen in Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und im Umweltmanagement
- Planung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits
- Zusammenarbeit mit Prüfdienstleistern und den zuständigen Behörden
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
- Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung im HSE Umfeld, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Umfängliche Kenntnisse der ISO 45001, Kenntnisse der ISO 14001 wünschenswert
- Aktuelle Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Richtlinien
- Überzeugungskraft und Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen
- Eine selbstständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office
