Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Germany and selected international markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Actively manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Support sales strategies in line with the Sales Managers direction
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and industry events
- Contribute to marketing and promotional materials with technical insights
Technical Consultancy
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain strong knowledge of electronic components and systems
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation
- Maintain disciplined and consistent use of CRM systems and sales follow-ups
Product Presentations
- Support and eventually lead technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Learn and deliver structured sales pitches with confidence
Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Report insights related to GNSS, RF, and Radio Navigation technologies
Requirements
- Work Authorization: Must hold German citizenship
- Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communication Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: Experience or strong interest in technical sales, account management, or sales engineering (defense or aerospace is a plus)
- Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of electronic systems and components

- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally abroad
