Role Overview
We are looking for an German-speaking Marketing Customer Support Agent to support advertisers on a digital advertising platform. This role focuses on paid campaign support, digital marketing assistance, and advertiser experience, requiring strong marketing knowledge and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advertisers with paid campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Provide guidance on campaign performance and platform tools
- Deliver high-quality customer service to marketing clients
- Assist clients via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
Schedule

Initial schedule (12-hour window):
- Monday to Sunday: 07:00 - 19:00
- Shifts: 07:00 - 16:00 or 10:00 - 19:00
- 2 rotational days off
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology company
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
