We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with strong experience in Python, C++, and web-based GUI development to support advanced Galileo 2G extension activities and scalable software interface development within a complex technical environment.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience across the full software development lifecycle
• Advanced programming skills in Python and C++
• Experience with web-based GUI development and Python frameworks such as NiceGUI
• Experience with Web APIs, raw TCP communication, and distributed software interfaces
• Knowledge of GitLab and modern development workflows
• Experience with automated testing and software validation
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
Galileo AF-UT Extension Activities

• Support extension of IONO_CHAIN to ENH Service functionalities
• Extend AF-UT with additional IFB instances
• Adapt internal data flows and compressor logic according to specifications
• Perform software testing, validation, and verification activities
• Support CHO_CHAIN extension activities and related AF integrations

Web-Based GUI Development

• Gather and document GUI requirements, user stories, and use cases
• Design scalable GUI architectures using Python-based frameworks
• Develop module control and configuration functionalities via Web APIs and TCP interfaces
• Implement configuration management and data storage features
• Develop real-time monitoring and visualization capabilities
• Support integration testing and UAT activities
• Prepare technical documentation and API/interface documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience with distributed systems and complex software environments
• Familiarity with scalable web server environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills
