We are looking for a Cost Estimator (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich, supporting the development of efficient, high-quality facility management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare tender documents for technical and infrastructural facility management services
• Calculate and compile professional offers aligned with project requirements
• Support in developing personnel and client-specific concepts
• Maintain data in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Coordinate supplier inquiries and assist in implementation processes

Requirements

• Completed technical training ideally as a Technician or Master in Electrical or Supply Engineering
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Service-oriented mindset and structured working approach
• Reliability, flexibility, and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
• Experience with GAEB applications is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
