ETRM Program Lead - Energy Systems (w/m/d)

YOUR FUTURE TASKS

• You take end-to-end ownership of the group-wide ETRM system and its surrounding IT ecosystem, acting as the central authority and Program Owner for the design, implementation, migration, governance and long-term development of the ETRM landscape.
• You will define and own the "ONE ETRM Framework" for G-Energy / GETEC, ensuring stability, scalability and regulatory compliance.
• You will lead the ETRM implementation, including all modules and integrations, in close collaboration with external implementation partners, while making binding architectural and design decisions.
• In this role, you will represent G Energy internally towards Enterprise IT and governance bodies, and externally towards software vendors, cloud providers, and integration partners.
• Following a successful rollout, you take long-term responsibility for the ETRM ecosystem, driving operations, continuous improvement, standardisation and innovation.
• You act as the central functional anchor point for all energy trading systems within the group and ensure transparency, performance and future readiness of the overall ecosystem.

YOU AS A PERSON AND WHAT YOU BRING

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics, or a comparable field
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the energy industry
• Deep expertise in ETRM systems, system architectures, and integrations
• Strong process, IT, and regulatory knowledge in European energy trading
• Excellent analytical skills with a practical, goal-oriented working style
• Strong stakeholder-oriented communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in German and English
