Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Führung des operativen Logistik Teams
- Verantwortung für die Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubsplanung
- Koordination und Kommunikation mit angrenzenden Schnittstellen
- Anwendung des ERP-Systems Microsoft Dynamics NAV sowie Nutzung der mobilen Datenerfassung mittels Scanner
- Überwachung, Planung und Abwicklung des Wareneingangs von Rohstoffen, einschließlich Tankzug- und Siloanlieferungen sowie Probenentnahme
- Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung
- Sicherstellung des korrekten Handlings von Gefahrstoffen
- Bedarfs- und termingerechte Bereitstellung des Materials für Produktion und Versand
- Verladung von Lkw und Seecontainern
- Einhaltung der Vorschriften für Ladungssicherung, Gefahrgut, Containerverladung und Zoll
- Ordnungsgemäße Durchführung von Inventuren
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Mehrjährige, belegte Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams ist erforderlich
- Fundierte Kenntnisse eines ERP-Systems in den Bereichen Lagerhaltung und Versand, idealerweise MS Navision
- Selbstständige, systematische, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Staplerschein
- Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht)
