Zur Verstärkung / Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Elektroniker / Mechatroniker Instandhaltung (m/w/d) am Standort Bodelshausen.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Durchführung von vorbeugenden Wartungen / vielfältigen Reparaturen in einer chemischen Produktionsanlage und den angeschlossenen Gebäuden
- Dokumentation der Wartungen / Reparaturen in unserer digitalen Wartungsdatenbank
- Prüfung elektromechanischer / elektropneumatischer Systeme und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
- Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten
- Störungssuche und Fehlerbehebung im Verantwortungsbereich
- Ursachenanalyse und -behebung von Störungen an Maschinen, Betriebsmitteln und Versorgungsanlagen
- Bedienung der Brandmeldeanlage
- Erstellen und Pflegen von Schaltplänen sowie der technischen Dokumentationen
- Eigenständige Bearbeitung der anfallenden Störmeldungen
- Neuinstallation von Geräten und Anlagen
Qualifikationen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Elektroniker/in (w/m/d) Automatisierungstechnik/Betriebstechnik oder Mechatroniker/in oder vergleichbare (technische) Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kenntnisse über elektrische Antriebssysteme und Motor-Regelungen sind von Vorteil
- Hohe Flexibilität und Engagement
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Chemie von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterqualifizierung
- Erfahrungen bei Arbeiten in Ex-Zonenbereichen wären von Vorteil
