Responsibilities
• Checking tax-free forms for completeness in accordance with tax law and Global Blue guidelines.
• Refunding the payment amount in accordance with Global Blue guidelines, including checking travellers' eligibility for tax refunds.
• Using necessary internal user software for communication and refunding the payment amount, such as Refund Manual, Refund Software REX, Security Manual, Instruction Manual (technical user manual REX) and MS Office.
• Processing of cash and cashless transactions for customers in accordance with Global Blue guidelines 2
• Fraud prevention and security measures in cooperation with the responsible Refund Manager / Airport Manager. Compliance with anti-fraud guidelines.
• Preparation of the corresponding daily closings and daily statements
• Cash register entries and management / proactive monitoring of cash balances at your own counters
• Supporting the supervisor/airport manager in the 'recovery or prevention of payment errors' known as the 'Recovery Project'
• Professional interaction with customers Main KPI's
