Was wir erwarten:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die selbstständige Steuerung und Abwicklung aller administrativen Prozesse von Eintritt bis hin zum Austritt mit unserer HR-Software Workday.
- Als erste(r) Ansprechpartner:in stehst du den Mitarbeiter:innen in allen personaladministrativen Angelegenheiten zur Verfügung.
- Du arbeitest an unterschiedlichen HR-bezogenen Projekten mit und organisierst diverse Veranstaltungen.
- Du unterstützt das Compensation&Benefits- und HR-Analytics Team bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten und bildest dabei auch die Schnittstelle zu internem und externem Rechnungswesen.
Was dich erwartet:
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources sammeln.
- Du kannst gut auf Menschen zugehen, überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke und bist lernbegierig und zahlenaffin.
- Du bist versiert in allen Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel), sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
