Your tasks:

• Design, develop, and deploy software supporting company's ADAS technology, with a focus on behavior planning and motion planning modules
• Utilize modern planning algorithms to generate optimized, safe, and dynamically feasible trajectories
• Apply advanced vehicle dynamics knowledge to enhance motion planning algorithms. •
• Translate automotive industry requirements into practical algorithmic solutions
• Follow agile development methodologies and the V-Model for developing motion planning modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate motion planning algorithms into ADAS systems
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment

Your profile:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field, a Ph.D. is preferred
• 7 to 10 years of proven experience in the automotive industry, specifically in ADAS or autonomous driving
• Strong understanding of commonly implemented motion planning algorithms in the automotive industry
• Ability to deliver complex software features from design to implementation and testing on automotive-grade hardware
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and control systems
• Proficient in C, C++, Python, and MATLAB
• Experience with agile development methodologies and the V-Model
• Understanding of AUTOSAR and AUTOSAR Adaptive
• Familiarity with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) standards
• Fluent English skills
