Contract Manager

Position Title: Contract Manager - ACS FAP Educator Services
Location: USAG Bavaria (Germany)
Primary Duty Location: Rose Barracks, Vilseck
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 0730-1600 (excluding U.S. Holidays)Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Act on behalf of the Contract Manager when required, with full authority for daily contract operations.
• Assist in coordinating schedules, staffing coverage, and service delivery across all ACS locations.
• Monitor compliance with duty hours, outreach support requirements, and approved Work Plans.
• Support oversight of FAP Educators' instructional and administrative duties.
• Assist in confirming time and location of job-related activities with the COR.
• Support quality control processes and documentation.
• Ensure continuity of services during planned or unplanned absences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a health or human services-related field OR 24 semester hours in social sciences OR 5 years (within last 10) program management experience in similar human services contracts
• Experience managing staff, schedules, and government contract performance
• Ability to obtain and maintain CAC and all required background checks
• Strong communication and coordination skills
