Working Student for Software Asset Management (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

For support in the Software Asset Management team, we are looking for a student assistant to start as soon as possible. The tasks include:

• Coordinating procurement requirements with departments and key users
• Carrying out software procurement processes
• Developing and enhancing a license management solution within the team
• Communicating with vendors and end users
• Managing the digital inbox and dispatching tickets
• Documenting software assets

Your Qualifications

• Degree program in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
• Initial experience in IT is desirable
• Ability to take initiative
• Strong quality awareness
• Service-oriented mindset
