Your Tasks

With us, you will gain exciting insights into the world of Application Management by contributing in the following ways, among others:

• Participating in the day-to-day operations of the supported applications
• Supporting IT support (e.g., user management, error analysis, ticket processing)
• Assisting users and key users in working with the application
• Maintaining and updating documentation
• Supporting testing activities as part of changes, releases, and system updates
• Taking on general organizational tasks within the team

Your Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in business, computer science, engineering or a related field
• Interest in IT systems and working in Application Management
• IT affinity and experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Motivation to learn new things and gain hands-on experience
• Strong team spirit, reliability, and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset in an international environment
• Proficient German and English skills, both written and spoken
