Your Tasks

• Management of sub-projects and measures within the field of facility management, particularly in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation (HVAC)
• Oversight and maintenance of the building management system controls on site
• Requesting and coordinating the implementation of demand-driven adjustments and reprogramming of the controls
• Support with the visualisation of building automation and connection to the central building management control room
• Troubleshooting, including handling of measures and management of external contractors
• Data backup and technical documentation
• Coordination of external service providers for various trades
• Collaboration within the Facility Management team on projects and day-to-day operations

Your Qualifications

• Apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, electrical engineer or equivalent
• Experience in building automation
• Good knowledge of programming BMS/DDC systems
• Good knowledge of Siemens Simatic S7-1500 and/or comparable series
• Qualification and experience as a qualified electrician desirable
• Proficiency in using MS Office programmes
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
• High degree of initiative
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Open and collegial communication
