Responsibilities

• Lead rotating project teams of 3-6 consultants and collaborate on key strategic projects across cross-functional areas
• In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will design transformation projects, define objectives, and manage the interfaces between various initiatives during implementation
• Contribute your management expertise and consulting methodologies, and develop team members through feedback and coaching
• As a project lead, you will support (agile) program and project management on the client side together with TSC partners

Profil

• Extensive professional experience (5+ years) at a renowned strategy consulting firm
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
• Ability to challenge senior management and confidently defend your position with sound reasoning
• Excellent language skills in English and German (minimum C1 level)

Ideally, you have in-depth expertise in at least one of the following areas:

• HR Processes & Digitalization: In-depth understanding of HR tools, e.g., in recruitment and performance management, as well as the use of digital technologies to automate processes and improve efficiency in the HR environment
• Organizational Development & Innovative Concepts: Designing and optimizing corporate structures using modern approaches such as Holacracy or agile organizational models to increase efficiency and agility
• Change Management & (Team) Coaching: Facilitating change processes and coaching teams and leaders to ensure the successful transformation and further development of the organization

This position is also available on a part-time basis.
