We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our commercial team and champion Labman's automation portfolio across the DACH region and Southern Europe.

What You'll Do:
- Winning new business and smashing your annual sales targets
- Building and managing a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting in Salesforce
- Growing strategic customer relationships and spotting new opportunities in your territory
- Working closely with product, application, and engineering teams to create technical proposals
- Leading the full sales cycle-from lead generation to closing deals-while representing Labman at key industry events
What You'll Need:
- 2-4 years' experience in territory or account sales with a strong record of hitting targets
- Willingness to travel frequently (around 3 weeks out of every 4)
- Technical sales background in engineering, life sciences, or product development
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, especially in technical conversations
- A strategic, proactive approach to lead generation and navigating complex sales cycles
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel 50%+ across your territory
