What you can expect from us:

• Supporting management in day-to-day strategic and operational business
• Management of and participation in strategic and success-critical projects at management level in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaboration in the strategic and organizational development of the company
• Analysis and evaluation of (strategic) management information including the derivation of appropriate measures
• Preparation of (strategic) documents and draft decisions
• Monitoring and managing strategic business priorities
• Planning, coordination and content preparation and follow-up of internal and external appointments and events as well as their documentation and follow-up
• Close and partnership-based cooperation with management members
• Responsibility for organizing and moderating management appointments
• Coordinating and taking on coordination between internal departments and teams as well as corporate units, customers, partners and service providers
• Responsibility for carrying out overarching activities in the Group environment
• Direct reporting channel to management

What convinces us:

• Successfully completed business or technical studies
• 3-4 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally at a (strategic) management consultancy
• Conceptual strength and skill in dealing with corporate policy and strategic processes in SMEs or in a corporate context, including stakeholder management
• High interest in complex issues and an understanding of economic and technical relationships
• Analytical thinking and a very good sense for creating and designing meaningful (management) presentations
• A high sense of responsibility, commitment, reliability as well as a high degree of flexibility and commitment
• Absolute loyalty and integrity when dealing with highly confidential information and topics
• Organizational talent with excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills
• Very good communication skills as well as a confident and service-oriented appearance in a sometimes very dynamic environment
• Quick comprehension, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics
• Pro-active, independent, careful and structured way of working
• Excellent presentation, communication and moderation skills
• Profound knowledge of common MS Office products
• Very good written and oral expression skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
