Responsibilities

-Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals

-Deliver a premium customer experience through strong product knowledge and brand storytelling

-Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational procedures

-Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture

-Coach and develop associates through ongoing feedback and training

Qualifications

-Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Communicate professionally and confidently in German and English

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

-Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills

-Passion for sports, fitness, and the Under Armour brand
