What you can expect from us
Providing technical and managerial leadership and fostering the professional development of the product management team, as well as establishing a standardized product management methodology
Overall responsibility for the global product portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle
Development and implementation of product and technology strategies, including roadmaps (3-5 years), in close coordination with management board and in alignment with the company's long-term strategy
Defining product positioning, target markets, and go-to-market strategies
Planning and executing product launches, product enhancements, and product discontinuations in collaboration with various departments (Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, Controlling, etc.)
Strategic and financial management of the product portfolio (revenue growth, profitability, market share)
What characterizes you
A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
Several years of solid experience in strategic and operational product management (B2B)
Proven leadership experience in complex organizational structures
Several years of industry experience in fire protection, security, building systems, or systems engineering is preferred
Excellent understanding of technical products, standards, and regulatory requirements
Strong business skills (e.g., developing business cases, conducting cost analyses, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical abilities and a strong commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility
