We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the early stages of the sales process for our Compliance Solutions. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in building a strong and qualified sales pipeline. Your responsibilities will include:

Your impact:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the early stages of the sales process for our Compliance Solutions. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in building a strong and qualified sales pipeline. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and qualify leads: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify prospects across multiple channels (Phone, Mail, LinkedIn, Conferences etc.).
- Drive discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover customer needs, position our solutions, and seamlessly handover qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Be a team player: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to achieve shared pipeline and revenue goals.
- Keep things on track: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in our CRM to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
- Be the first impression: Represent our brand and value proposition with confidence, professionalism, and clarity.
Your profile:
- First experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in conducting first conversations and discovery calls
- Proactive, curious, and self-motivated, with a hands-on approach to outbound and inbound activities
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, target-driven environment
