Your Responsibilties

  • Taking a leading role in highly complex industrial projects (>100 MW, multi-partner setups).
  • Leveraging an established network of contacts and customers to generate high-quality leads and business opportunities.
  • Independently developing commerical strategies, pricing concepts and bid architectures.
  • Managing strategic key accounts and builiding long-term partnerships.
  • Supporting management and the VP Sales in market strategy, forecasting and opportunity prioritization.
  • Driving the further development of MHP commericalization, business cases and go-to-market strategies.
  • Representing Quest One at industry events, conferences and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
  • Collaborating closely with technical and product management teams to ensure proposals are feasible, competitive and aligned with customer requirements.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus.
  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, including some years in hydrogen, renewable energy, industrial gases or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-million Euro contracts.
  • Established network within the hydrogen industry (e.g. developers, off-takers, EPCs, utilities, industrial customers).
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Solid technical understanding to engage in solution-oriented discussions with customers and engineers.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Germen and English, with additional languages considered a plus.
