Field Service Engineer

We are looking for dedicated service technicians who enjoy traveling for our TGW service regions throughout Germany. As part of a team, you will ensure optimal support for our customers' intralogistics systems on site, thereby guaranteeing the highest possible system availability throughout the entire life cycle.

What you'll be handling:
  • Independent maintenance and servicing of highly automated intralogistics systems at the customer's site
  • Repair, maintenance, and testing of mechatronic systems
  • Troubleshooting and fault rectification as part of on-call duty
  • Customer support for technical questions and necessary service measures
  • Documentation and further development of existing service methods as well as training of customer technicians


What you'll need:
  • Successfully completed training in mechatronics or electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of PLC controls (S7), bus systems (Profibus, ASI), and controlled drives is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel extensively (90%) and a driver's license (class B)
  • Flexibility and customer focus with regard to deployment, shift work, and on-call duty
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team, and an independent way of working
