What you can expect
For our location in Lingen, we are looking for a
Labor Relations Manager (all genders welcome)
In this role, you will act as a sparring partner to the management and work constructively and trustingly with the works councils for all German companies in the ROSEN Group. As an experienced and service-oriented personality, you will handle all inquiries with empathy and flexibility.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary interface between the company/company management and the works councils in all operational matters and issues, as well as the strategic design of collective bargaining issues
- Proactive and regular communication and exchange with representatives of the works council
- Ensuring compliance with the Works Constitution Act in all negotiations and day-to-day business
- Close cooperation and exchange with the human resources department, legal department and management to clarify employee concerns and proactively discuss new, overarching issues of general interest
- Supporting negotiation processes in various areas, including working conditions, social benefits, and organizational changes
- Drafting and Evaluating works agreements on various topics
- Preparing reports and documentation related to works council activities and negotiations
- Developing and conducting internal training courses and advising management on works council and union procedures
- Serving as the first point of contact and coordination partner for unions
What you will bring
- Degree in business administration, law, or a related field with a focus on human resources
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in labor relations or a related field
- Confident handling of the Works Constitution Act and relevant labor law provisions
- Enjoy working in a team, strong communication skills, and the ability and willingness to familiarize yourself with works constitution law issues
- Very good negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and a structured working style
- Confident and engaging manner, as well as a high degree of initiative, goal orientation, and flexibility
- Very good German and English skills
