YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• Further development and implementation of a global procurement strategy
• Ensuring material availability in a dynamic growth environment
• Leadership and further development of an international purchasing team
• Implementation of cost optimization measures while maintaining high quality standards
• Analysis and optimization of procurement processes as well as cross-functional improvements to increase efficiency and collaboration
• Active management of interfaces and leadership of cross-functional projects

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a commercial vocational qualification
• Many years of leadership experience in a head-of-procurement role within an industrial manufacturing company
• Strong expertise in developing procurement strategies and process optimization
• High level of analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and process improvement capabilities
• Very good command of English
• Willingness to travel frequently
