- Digital Strategy DACH: Development & implementation
- IT Partnership: Bridging Business & Global digital organization
- Value Creation: Deliver the right digital solutions that enable business growth
- Future Ready: Embed AI in the organization and augment employees capabilities
- Portfolio Management: Steering IT projects (concept to realization)
- Operational Excellence: Smooth IT operations & escalation management
- Compliance: Data protection & labor law (Works Council)
- Site Engagement: Fostering MDS presence on-site
What you will bring
- Experience: Several years in IT/Business (ideally FMCG) with hands on experience in implementing technology solutions
- Strategic Thinking: Business & IT strategy development
- Stakeholder Management: Senior-level communication & persuasion
- Digital Mindset: Passion for innovation, analytics, digitalization
- Languages: German (native equivalent), English (fluent)
- Personality: Proactive, results-oriented, hands-on
- Matrix Environment: Experience, ambiguity tolerance
